This is an enriching opportunity within the Reinsurance Globals Division and this role will allow you to be integral to the resilience and long-term success of some of our key clients. You will become a member of the Globals Key Account Coordinators team that supports Key Account Managers across the world in owning selected Globals clients and in executing their client management responsibilities.

Key Account Coordinators are the backbone of our division, enabling our client facing teams to achieve their business goals and become the preferred partners for our clients. As part of your role, you will ensure that client activities are performed accurately, efficiently and according to relevant timelines. We are looking for the glue that sticks our cross-functional teams together and interacts with colleagues from other functions, such as Underwriting, Business Development, Solutions & Analytics, Finance, In-force, Claims, Technical Accounting, Legal and Business Services.

Reporting to the Globals Operations Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Helping Key Account Managers (KAMs) in profitable, strategic and growth-oriented management of global business relationships across all lines of business and geographies
- Supporting the KAMs in leading their cross-functional teams, i.e. steering, preparing and coordinating meetings and other related activities, managing stakeholders and communication
- Assisting with the ongoing support and creation of Client Strategy, Engagement and Action Plans
- Preparing high-quality marketing materials in coordination with the cross-functional team
- Preparing internal and external communication, e.g. to clients, internal stakeholders, incl. executive management level
- Analyzing internal and external client data, including coordination with Finance team and other data providers, and preparing various performance reports
- Supporting the process for client surveys and other instruments including the preparation of distribution lists, interpretation of results and development of improvement plans with the client team
- Ensuring collaboration with other Globals teams and other markets/ functional units and sharing knowledge and best practice effectively
- Deputizing Key Account Managers on defined tasks

About You

- You have experience working in the Re/Insurance space
- You are highly adaptable and able to manage rapidly evolving business needs
- Your main qualities include proactivity, strong can-do attitude, curiosity and eagerness to learn
- You are creative and able to work effectively under tight deadlines and execute both independently and in a team – while keeping close attention to detail
- You can develop and track progress against project plans, timelines and changing priorities
You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and integrity when communicating with internal and external partners
- You are fluent in English and have at least a passive understanding of spoken and written German; any other European language is an asset for this role
- You possess advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams etc.
- Your interest in marketing topics and a keen eye for visual design (in PowerPoint) will contribute to the success of this role

The job is being posted in three locations, i.e. that we will consider candidates in Bratislava, Zurich and Munich for this role.
