Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Digital Marketing Expert you will contribute to the development and evolution of iptiQ's digital white label online sales capabilities.
As part of your role, you will also have the chance to use your e-commerce and digital marketing expertise proactively to advise and guide partners in developing their own innovative digital propositions. Your work should help our clients become successful in driving consumer engagement through our white labelled online sales platform and efficiently deliver on their sales targets.
• Design and innovate sales customer journeys for life insurance products
• Implement analytics strategies and the definition of A/B testing approaches
• Drive IT implementation of "winning" variants of tests
• Support further enhancement of our analytics and testing capabilities
• Design and implement custom reporting dashboards and ad-hoc analyses
• Be up-to-date on the latest trends and technology available to continuously improve the marketing capabilities of our platform

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Personality requirements and skills

About You
KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a role with similar responsibilities
• Experience building and optimising digital customer journeys
• Hands-on proficiency with solutions for digital analytics, tag management, a/b testing and data visualization (preferably Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, Data Studio)
• Good understanding of eCommerce platforms and experience running digital campaigns
• Proven knowhow around UX / Design Thinking/ Behavioural Economics a plus
• Frontend coding skills (HTML/JS/CSS) – understand a must, actual coding skills a definite plus

• Solid technical skills with an strong interest in marketing technology
• Sales mind-set and strong customer focus
• A team player, resourceful, action-oriented, innovative, creative and willing to pitch in where needed
• Ability to analyse data, enjoy running tests to increase conversions through various channels
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously across teams
• Proficient in English (other European language a plus)
