- Support and solve all identity and access related issues
- Periodically conduct review of access
- Deal with the customer lifecycle (onboarding / offboarding)
- Maintain a positive communication level towards customers
- Work on projects related to identity and access
- Complete assigned tasks / tickets timely with quality while meeting established service level agreements
- Rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, policies and procedures to perform job functions
- Contribute in definition of the new processes while adhering the controls
- Flexible working times and do occasional on-call duty
