We are looking for the active person who enjoys the daily contact and communication with people, responsible and ready to adapt on constantly changing environment and is or would like to be facility management experienced.
You will be the first point of contact expertly representing Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) towards internal and external clients and providing high level of service.
Working directly with CRES Head Slovakia, you will help to coordinate Building Management activities within CRES to support divisional/local/global projects and ensure positive customer experience.

You will be responsible for:
• Maintenance Services
o Maintenance of all leased office premises and workplaces
• Move Management
o Execution of moves in line with internal process
• Workplace Ergonomics
o Consultations and hands-on sessions for employees
• Storage Management
o Administration storages (furniture)
• Local, global, and expansion projects
o Participating in and/or leading of work stream team on expansion projects
• Meeting rooms
o Provision of maintenance services in all in-house meeting rooms
o Supporting bigger events (town halls/meetings/trainings/workshops)
• Multimedia Services
o AV support of Videoconference meetings

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About You
Education:
• Secondary school with leaving examination (technical specialization is an advantage) or
• University degree, technical specialization is advantage (not a must)
You have
• Experience in facility or construction projects is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects
• Good organizational skills
You are
• Fluent in English; any other language knowledge is a plus
• Advanced in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint
• Professional and positive
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a global, diverse team
• At ease with working in complex organizational structures with multiple reporting lines
