About the Role

The position holder is working as System Analyst (SA) with a focus on requirement engineering, system analysis and technical solution design within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) space. The person will interact with different development teams, IT experts and business analysts as well as other relevant stakeholders.

Main tasks/activities

• Provide requirement engineering and system analysis for different IAM work streams in an agile development environment (Scrum) and document according to industry standards and best practises
◦ conduct feasibility studies
◦ conduct impact analysis
◦ conduct risk assessments
◦ perform architecture analysis
◦ collect and document technical requirements

• Design system integrations across different IAM products in close collaboration with our IAM architects and engineers
◦ transform/translate requirements into solution design
◦ create technical specifications
◦ create interface specifications
◦ create functional and non-functional specifications and use cases
◦ create system designs based on industry best practices
◦ create solution design based on SailPoint IdentityIQ

• Perform solution design, assessments, validate activities and review proposed solutions with the relevant IAM stakeholders
◦ structure requirements
◦ determine potential solutions for the presented business needs by
◾taking the current situation into account and by
◾proposing process improvements,
◾proposing the development / change of software systems, and/or by
◾proposing other suitable means to implement the sought benefits

• Collaborate with IAM Service Delivery teams
◦ perform data analysis and reports
◦ perform operational analysis
◦ perform root-cause analysis
◦ assist in problem resolution

• Collaborate with development and testing teams
◦ analyse bugs and defects of existing implementations
◦ define and execute test cases and test scenarios
◦ define load and performance tests
◦ support end-to-end integrations
◦ support migration activities

• Run smaller projects independently and/or act in the project manager role

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Professional experience and personality traits:
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• demonstrate ability of understanding integration concepts
• experience in requirements gathering and interface analysis/design
• experience in technical specifications, sequence diagrams, use cases and process design
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• high level of abstraction, fast understanding and conceptual thinking
• passion for outstanding documentation standards
• excellent understanding of application lifecycle management activities such as planning, designing, implementing, testing and deploying new releases in an agile environment
• experience in project management and task tracking is a plus
• experience in defining testing framework is a plus
• experience in Identity and Access Management processes is a plus
• team player, able to deliver high performance when working in a team, but also when working completely independently
• effective communication and presentation skills
• diligent and accurate working style, being able to pay great attention to details
• ability to work under pressure
• proactively brings in ideas for innovation

Education and certifications/training:
• degree or qualification in an IT-related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience
• experience in agile System Analysis methodologies
• SailPoint IdentityIQ knowhow or certification is a plus
• Enterprise Architect knowhow or certification is a plus
