Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities will be:
• Supporting category managers in CRES category (main focus on soft facility services) and regional manager in Bratislava location through all sourcing categories
• Reviewing and approving POs. ensuring that correct contract and contract conditions are in place under supervision of category or regional manager
• Management of suppliers within the sub-commodities and Bratislava location (including contract negotiations, payment queries, supplier evaluation and development)
• Execution of comprehensive RFQ process and support of internal customers in timely manner
• Drafting supplier contracts and service agreements, conducting legal reviews as assigned
• Responsible for providing input to the Sourcing Manager - Slovakia

About the team
You will be part of the Regional Sourcing Team in Bratislava, a unit within Global Business Solutions. We are a global Team spread across four locations with access to the global Sourcing Network. We support Category Sourcing from EMEA regions in area of IT Services, HR& Professional Services and Corporate Real Estate Services.

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About You
• You have a master or bachelor’s degree preferably in economics or business administration.
• Ideally, you have several years of purchasing experience in IMS external services, contract management and business communication
• You have strong and comprehensive knowledge and understanding over different purchasing categories, mainly from HR and facility services
• You are detailed oriented person, agile and eager to learn, multi-tasking, self-starter able to work independently
• You have very good understanding of Sourcing systems and processes
• You have excellent command over English language, other language is desirable
