About the Role

The role has the following key deliverables:
- You are responsible for executing on the International Business Strategy, the Global Network Strategy, and the Network Partner Value Proposition in your region.
- You are accountable for the delivery of service excellence to our international program clients in countries where CorSo does not have owned entities; to achieve this goal, you build and maintain solid relationships with local insurance carriers (network partners) which service our clients in their countries in line with the international program structure.
- Strong operational focus of this role is on consistent service performance of our network partners; you are responsible to drive our dynamic performance management approach with the partner community to keep client service quality at top levels.
- You are responsible for leading the due diligence process on network partners and drive negotiations for the implementation of re-insurance contracts and collaboration agreements with all parties involved.
- You monitor strategic developments at our partners and are responsible for establishing risk management and contingency plans to assure seamless service capabilities.
- A further responsibility of your role is to source business intelligence on regulatory requirements on insurance and tax from the local markets and update our global information database.
- You support a robust business model ensuring stringent operational and communication controls in compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements including those which may apply in customer territories. You ensure efficient and timely resolution of complex issues of underwriting, reinsurance, compliance, financial and claims nature.
- Further, jointly with other Group functions, you support the deployment of new insurance product lines for International Business and roll-out with network partners in your region. This includes tight collaboration with training and coaching functions to upskill staff at partner and local office operations.

About You

Do you have a consistent track record in delivering insurance products and services to large commercial or corporate customers in Europe or Latin America? Have you developed innovative client focused propositions and are looking to apply this experience in a dynamic work environment of a quickly growing business unit to explore new approaches?

- You have significant work experience in the primary insurance sector in customer distribution, underwriting, account management or claims roles across Europe or the Americas (10+ years) and proven work experience in International Program business of at least 5 years
- You possess very strong relationship building skills and develop a genuine passion for business relationship management at multiple levels with clients, brokers and business partners alike
- You demonstrate a client centric attitude in all you do and have wide experience working with external clients and internal stakeholders. You are confident in leading client discussions relating to our products, services and performance in the international business arena
- You have successfully worked in performance managed business environments and are keen to drive actions with network partners, assuring high levels of service quality and fast delivery
- You are familiar with legal, regulatory and compliance frameworks for primary insurance across multiple European, Latin American or other international markets
- You are keen to improve established processes and driving our business model to highest levels of efficiency. Therefore, you are highly motivated to participate in interdisciplinary product increment workshops and projects, leading workstreams and task forces for a strong contribution to the company's continuous improvement approach
- You are confident in delivering training & coaching sessions on international program topics to business partners and colleagues
- You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable to present ideas and solutions to senior leaders, clients and peers
- Besides being proficient in English language, it would be advantageous if you speak multiple languages, e.g. Spanish, French, German, Russian or Arabic.
- You bring a confirmed, ambitious "can-do" attitude, excellent time-management skills, experience in stakeholder management and are comfortable working in an area that is fluid and dynamic
- You are a self-motivated person, a fast learner and are happy handling multiple deliverables and prioritisation
- This role requires extensive travel across the assigned geographic region
