About the role
As a Reconciliation support, you will help with of varying queries from your full-time colleagues and different Swiss Re departments. This also includes administrative work with MS Excel and customised system.
Responsibilities:
- Collection and administration of documents related to investment accounts
- Investment reports creation and distribution to internal and external stakeholders
- Completion of ad hoc tasks assigned by teammembers
- Process improvements for manual, repetitive tasks
- Communication with clients, custodian banks and internal stakeholders

As a part of Asset Management Operations Bratislava, we in Reconciliation Team Perform daily cash and securities reconciliations for all kind of financial products between investment system and custodian which were traded by various Swiss Re trading desks (Zurich, London, New York). After the trades are executed, we follow up with investigating and resolving any discrepancies which might occur.
The Custody Administration team is responsible for opening, maintaining and closing investment accounts at custodian banks.
You will be part of these teams and the role gives you the opportunity to apply your analytical thinking, problem-solving as well as communication skills. The job itself along with the team's trainings framework and Swiss Re's knowledge-sharing culture offer excellent learning opportunities as you would have insights into the investment and transaction lifecycle.
