About the role
Do you want to experience the world of senior management in a leading global comupany from close? Are you curious how a HR function is run and enables business leaders in various countries with 14 000 employees?
We are looking for somebody with drive and passion to build a new team of assistants and at the same time support the most senior leader in HR as an Executive Assistant.
Curious what the responsibilities look like?
You will have to:
• Establish a team which supports senior HR Executives located in EMEA
• Harmonise the assistant services by considering the customer experience
• Design and implement a service pooling concept
• Lead, grow and coach your team members
• Build a culture where employees are highly engaged, motivated and feel valued
Additionally, you will support the Chief Human Resource Officer with the following activities:
• Plan and handle calendar and arrange travel including visa applications
• Set up international video conference calls and handle external visitors
• Schedule and support with administrative tasks related to the Executive Team meetings
• Organise offsites by booking hotels, conference rooms and organizing speakers
• Plan global HR townhalls including identifying dates and booking video conference rooms globally
• Be a reliable point of contact for requests. Provide information, answer questions and handle confidential information appropriately
• Process expenses and invoices

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing teams
• High energy with outstanding organisation and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Detail orientated and able to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines
• Ability to work well with staff at all levels and in a team environment
• Comfortable and experienced with driving time management, monitor progress and gaining cooperation of others
• Proven follow-up skills, flexible, thorough, self-starter and function well under tight deadlines and pressure
• Profound proficiency in MS Office products such as Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Outlook and OneNote
