Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your tasks will include:
• Providing independent assurance over key risks and controls on a global basis through detailed control effectiveness testing
• Documenting all testing and findings in accordance with GIA methodology and professional standards of Internal Audit
• Negotiating management actions to mitigate identified business, operational or control risks
• Performing other position related tasks as instructed by supervisor

About the team
As a junior member of the Group Internal Audit (GIA) Financial Risk Reporting (FRR) audit team in Bratislava you will have an unrivaled opportunity to participate in and, upon gaining experience, also lead testing of internal controls over financial reporting. We will need your support in various roles, including reviewing documentation of processes, testing the effectiveness of controls, collecting documentation, and communicating with teams across the globe.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
• University student in the field of Finance, Accounting, Auditing or Data Analytics
• Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Some previous work experience in audit, accounting, administration, or other meaningful experience (preferred, but not necessary)
Personal skills:
• Fluency in English
• Able to deliver precise and reliable, well documented work, within agreed deadlines
• Good eye for detail
• Willing to seek opportunities to increase efficiency and simplify processes
