About the role:

Administrative support and proactive steering of a reinsurance portfolio in cooperation with foreign based client management and technical team.

Your tasks will include:
•acting as a point of contact and key partner for the client-facing team
•cooperating on and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Claims, Underwriting, etc.)
•administration, data entry and contract management
•daily use of Swiss Re tools, applications, and MS office package
•preparing presentations for client visits, client events and conferences
•staying on top of end-to-end processes, coordination of pending tasks within your team, deadlines and follow-up actions
•data-gathering, research, analysis and reporting
•supporting new solutions and product development
•participation in projects and initiatives
•occasional short business travels to other Swiss Re locations (mainly Zurich)

We are a multinational team of more than 60 Business Coordinators directly working with client facing functions, divided into smaller teams based on the market we support. We value integrity, cooperation, and are happy to be part of a company that makes the world more resilient.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
