Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position develops Outsourcing related reporting for the benefit of a set of Swiss Re Legal Entities to fulfil their governance and oversight responsibilities as prescribed by the Targeted Standard on Outsourcing and Solvency II. The successful candidate will work closely in a team and with a network of individuals that will provide the content for reporting that is relevant to Swiss Re Legal Entities 3rd Party and Intra-group Outsourcing. Activities and responsibilities are diverse, offering the successful candidate a significant opportunity for career growth and development.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•    Creates Outsourcing related reporting documents in a standardized format.
•    Reviews and analyses the data gathered to ensure quality standards are met.
•    Verifies the final report back to sources of content, and with subject matter experts.
•    Ensures that all specified time bound deliverables and process related key performance measurements are met.
•    Maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures.
•    Assists in responding to ad hoc requests for reporting that might be needed to respond to Regulatory or GIA Audit requests
•    Manages the document and information flow needed to support for mentioned activities. 
•    Maintain physical and electronic office records in compliance with Swiss Re's internal guidelines and regulatory directives.
•    Assists in the process and activities by which work processes move to different Swiss Re locations – work transitions.
•    Perform other position related tasks as instructed by Supervisor

•    Provide cover for roles in other teams within the Global team
•    Any other ad hoc tasks as required

About You

KEY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education :
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business

Experience :
• Minimum of two years business experience
• Experience in project management methodologies and project management preferred
• Experience with legal and compliance requirements preferred
• Client management, monitoring, negotiation and reporting
• Prior experience with multi-location projects
• Comfortable working virtually, and globally
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously delivering high quality results in terms of process, content and timeliness

Skills :
• Above average Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Self-starter with personal drive to succeed and achieve results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven customer orientation
• Service-minded, solution-driven, efficient and pragmatic
• Ability to work with and implement new technologies
