About the Role
We are looking for a team-mate to support Swiss Re's digital governance process. You will assess proposals for new Digital projects and identify risks and advise on mitigation actions. You will also be working to raise awareness of risks in using various types of data and reporting periodically to management. This role offers you the opportunity to work with a large number of partners within Swiss Re.

About the Team
The Digital & Information Governance team is part of the Information Management Unit within IT. This is a global team responsible for handling all Information-related matters for the Company. The DIG unit members are based in Bratislava and Zurich, Switzerland. DIG also reviews and updates several data and document handling-related policies. Our team works collaboratively and in an agile manner to help business functions find a way to bring their projects to fruition whilst being compliant with the company's guidelines. This may happen through training, awareness building, marketing or advisory services. Our new joiner will help us preserve the integrity of Swiss Re's global IT environment by providing advice and training, whilst keeping into account the Company's policies and strategic initiatives.

About You
Are you someone with a 'can do' attitude? Do you love working with people? Are keen on working with processes and are customer-focused? You could be right fit for our team. We are also looking for someone collaborative, enthusiastic and team-orientated. You should be able to understand IT colleagues, but equally comfortable to liaise with lay people and help them to understand technical terms. You can design and conduct training sessions with confidence, along with your team. Most of all, you are passionate about digital technology and you keep yourself up-to-date with the latest developments.

Required Skills:
-A bachelor's degree in a relevant filed
-Experience of working in a corporate environment
-Knowledge of Insurance / Reinsurance Industry
-Familiar with IT systems and processes
-Excellent oral and written command of English (additional languages, e.g. German, a plus)
-Demonstrable ability and drive to deliver results
