Our department - Organisation & People development (OPD) crafts the culture for business impact by providing simple, creative, and commercial solutions for current and future business challenges.

As a part of the regional team, you will be involved in various areas of development, where you will collaborate very closely to plan, market and execute global and regional solutions delivery for the EMEA region.

You will enjoy this role the most, if you are keen on managing a project and the delivery of solutions into the Region. We enable and equip HR Partners with meaningful material for a smooth roll-out, helping to land the OPD solutions. Do you find it exciting to work with tools and technology? Establish effective ways of working while also building effective relationships with colleagues and vendors alike.

Main tasks:
- Support for OPD projects and initiatives
- Co-ordinate the planning, organization and delivery for training programs
- Management of vendors and suppliers for training delivery tasks including contracts and oversight of budget
- Preparation, curation and updating of support materials, including digital formats / platforms and when required moderate on-line sessions
- Partner with OPD colleagues in order to strategically outline the delivery approach for OPD global solutions within each region
- Point of contact for OPD execution, including handling the demand planning, registration and applications for participants
- Ensure high quality of services and a smooth collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within OPD

About the Team
We in OPD are responsible for the design, planning and landing of various people development and learning initiatives and programs. This includes blended, classroom and digitized learning as well as other strategic initiatives such as Strategic Resourcing, Talent Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion.
We, the regional OPD team, are specifically accountable to synthesize and bundle these solutions in a practical and impactful way and are together with the regional HR teams, co-accountable to implement and land the solutions smoothly. We also oversee BU-specific initiatives across the Region consistent delivery to the business.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Around 1-2 years of experience, preferably in Learning & Development area
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Educational background: Organisational Development, HR or related field; Bachelor a requirement
- Advanced IT skills (MS Office/ SharePoint)
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment of a global matrix organisation with changing priorities
- Passionate about organizational and people development
- Strong language skills - English is a requirement, any other European language(s) is an advantage
