As the sole member of the Business Management Center of Expertise (CoE) in Operations Digital Product Delivery (Ops DPD), you are the go-to person for a number of domain-wide topics, like cost and budget management, contract management, audits or anyother domain support. You will be the central hub for coordinating cross-domain activities, namely the Annual and Quarterly Business Review. You will closely interact and collaborate with members of the Ops DPD Shared Leadership Team and business stakeholders as well as key contacts with the DOO office and FGO.

Your main responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of the Annual and Quarterly Business Review process in close partnership with domain Agile Coaches.
- Understand, monitor, provide insights on and manage the development of costs across Product Areas as well as budget allocation/shifts.
- Establish and maintain for yourself and for the Shared Leadership Team an overview of active contracts to ensure timely and effective renewals/re-negotiation.
- Coordinate the preparation for as well as execution and closure of audit activities across the domain.
- Drive topics/activities/administration cross products areas to support Agile Coaches, Product- and Tech-Area Leads

About the Team

In 2021 we will bring tech and business together along the Agile principles supported by a new agile digital product organisation called Operations Digital Product Delivery (Ops DPD).

The design is structured around business services from all involved partner organisations clustered in 3 distinct Product Areas:
- The mission of Employee Lifecycle Services is to enable employees to be their best and empower them to grow and deliver business value from first contact to leaving.
- Group Operations Business Services will deliver and manage end-to-end digital solutions for services towards Group Operations business customers and SR Group to build sustainable business platforms, manage (external) spend, ensure compliance and drive business excellence.
- Work Environment and Engagement will provide employees with a safe and supported environment during their working journey, making them feel part of Swiss Re wherever they are working from. Also, the team will enable client facing service excellence, with professional hospitality and an engaging digital experience.

With this set-up, we expect to be able to maximise the autonomy of squads contributing to the mission of the defined product areas and strengthen customer proximity. At the same time, we can ensure the integrity of our technology platforms.
