About the Role
Identity and Access Management (IAM) ensures that business data is only accessible by the intended recipients, while supporting access patterns, which are as intuitive & convenient as possible. IAM is doing so by providing the necessary technical capabilities and runtime systems for the entire Swiss Re Group. The two most important customer segments within the Swiss Re Group are in this context the internal end user community, and the partially outsourced IT community. In order to ensure a successful and efficient communication with those two customer segments, we are searching a Technical Writer for the following activities:

- Create appealing and easily understandable information on the available IAM services for the end user community.
- Create condensed and targeted documentation on the use of the available IAM services for the IT commu­nity.
- Gather the necessary information for the above documentation from the IAM team.
- Identify customer (documentation) needs and translate them into meaningful articles and/or reports.
- Support the various IAM change initiatives with tailored and targeted communication material.

About the Team
We are a multi-national team of passionate Access Management experts serving our clients all over the world. We ensure convenient access to Swiss Re's internal information whilst complying with regulatory necessities and driving technical innovation.

About You
- You are an expert in technical writing with proven skills in modern documentation and communication approaches
- You have experience in documenting IT services, applications and technical concepts
- You are used to producing high quality artefacts (presentations, documents) which are easy to understand for the targeted communities (i.e. technical teams and end users)
- You enjoy preparing training material (incl. also audio & video material) as well as system manuals
- A basic understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts would be desirable
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Wiki platforms would be highly beneficial
- You should have the ability to read and translate technical artefacts like process or application interface diagrams, for example
- You are able to communicate effectively with end user, developer, UX experts and business/system analyst communities
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
- You are willing to work in cross-functional teams
- You have an affinity towards technology topics and a desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- You possess cultural sensitivity and a high emotional intelligence
