About The Role

You will be responsible for entering claims information into our legacy systems, assessing and processing claims, monitoring reserving levels and supporting several business teams. In addition, you will report comprehensive claims information to the claims managers, and depending on the level of experience as well as expertise, you may liaise with underwriters, lawyers and brokers on key claims-related issues as well. • Examine claims documents received
• Establish claims files in legacy systems
• Review client inquiries regarding open billing invoices as well as statements from clients and brokers
• Work with the Accounting team to book corrections and assure ledger accuracy
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of claim documents, including claims payments and claims setup, sending of acknowledgement letters, and other non-core claims processes
• Identify potential claims to be referred to appropriate personnel
• Provide operational support as needed to various business departments
• Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to obtain specific claim information as needed
• You may be support some interesting projects that have a link to claims administration, systems and/or reporting

About the Team
We are an international and fast growing team of insurance professionals supporting the claims managers based in EMEA region in handling direct claims, both primary and excess. Additionally, we have just started the new exciting journey – adjudicating of low claims for Marine, Aviation, Casualty and Property lines of business.
