About the Role

In this role, you will initiate, oversee and manage governance related control activities, reviews and monitoring functions according to Asset Management Procedure on Control Framework.

Your responsibilities:

• Document processes, assess risks and define controls together with assurance functions and your client
• Report issues and operational events to Operational Risk Management and senior management
• Define business continuity process to ensure required coverage of our processes in case of any operational disruption
• Review rogue trading cases and mitigating controls
• Identify records and help to your clients to store them as defined in our standards
• Oversee and implement anti-money laundering and international trade control measures
• Report to management to provide important steering information including performance, risk and data indicators
• Coordinate and perform regular reviews of governance topics in line with the approved process
• Together with the your manager act as point of contact for assurance functions such as auditors, Operational Risk Management, Compliance and other partners
• Provide support to the business in audit related topics
• Identify toxic combinations of accesses and cover them in IT tools as agreed with senior management
• Assist your manager and other departments with various governance topics

This role also ensures smooth communication between business and assurance functions with focus on transparent exchange of information.

About the Team
The Governance & Advisory team is responsible for the implementation and the continued strengthening of efficiency and effectiveness of the Asset Management control framework. Asset Management has reached a high level of maturity and quality in governing how it operates, this team plays a key role in supporting partners across AM - including the Group Chief Investment Officer and Asset Management Executive Team - in maintaining these standards.

University degree in economics and/or business administration or 2-4 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Financial Markets is advantage
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Willingness to learn, openness and flexibility to take on new tasks and challenges
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to deal with multi-tasking
