About the Role:

Main tasks:
-Maintain position and organisation related data in MyHR (SuccessFactors based system)
-Consult and support HR colleagues globally in regards to position and organisational management related questions and queries
-Interact with various stakeholders within HR and business clients globally
-Perform data quality and recurring audit checks and coordinate changes with various HR teams
-Perform other global personnel administration tasks and processes
-Review and optimise current global processes in collaboration with your team and your team lead
-Contribute to HR initiatives and projects as needed
-Support the team lead with other operational tasks

About the Team:
You will be a member of the global HR Organisational Management team that is responsible for maintaining the global position and organisation structure. This includes global reorganisations in Swiss Re, acting as a global data maintenance governance body for our HR system across the organisation, maintain personnel administration task within the global process and ensure that data is entered in accordance to our global guidelines. You will be responsible for your assigned organisational areas and perform/consult the HR Partner community on the system implementation of reorganisations.
This position is a rare opportunity if you want to gain experience in working with various HR teams globally, working with a multinational team, learn more about Swiss Re's organisational management, gain exposure in the local Bratislava office and experience the newest HR systems.
