About the Position

Are you seeking for a challenging development opportunity in a diverse working environment? Would you like to advance your career in a newly formed Global Sourcing Strategy and Operations team?

As a Sourcing Practice Development Associate you will support development and implementation of sourcing department strategies. You will be engaged with Continual Improvement initiatives, projects and tasks while delivering lean operating procedures. For the purpose of simplification, alignment and consistency across all department teams, you will help us to build as well as constantly enhance standardized guidance, tools and templates. To increase positive customer experience, you will be involved in developing appropriate franchise activities, self-service solutions and maintaining Sourcing online presence. You will highly contribute to creating training concepts, training materials and driving the department Capability Development Program. You can get involved in creating the team's business network. We will support you to strive for development opportunities and drive your own career growth.

About the Team

We as Sourcing Operations team ensure the delivery of Global Sourcing goals and strategies. We act as strategists, consultants and implementers while guiding and executing on strategy as well as providing oversight to projects of high impact. We deliver effective communication and online presence to ensure awareness and delivery of customer requirements throughout the department. Through establishing, implementation and maintenance of effective procedures, we deliver lean operations. We also execute on department planning, budget management and excellence through Sourcing Governance Framework.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

About You
•You have a University degree, preferably in the area of business administration or human science
•Ideally, you have 2 years of working experience in Sourcing/Procurement and/or customer service and/or learning & development role
•Your English language skills are on an advanced level
•You possess well-developed communication skills
•You have very good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
•With your excellent organizational and time management skills, you can handle numerous priorities at a time and meet deadlines
•With your strong focus on customer, you are able to effectively work with internal & external customers as well as fulfill their needs
•You are highly engaged teammate who seeks for new ways how to make a change
