Job description, responsibilities and duties
On this role you will have the opportunity to explore data integration into the central Group IT Data Warehouse, acting end to end with professionals. Our flat corporate structures in combination with agile setup will enable you to build a strong ownership of the tasks and have direct contact with international teams and senior leaders within Swiss Re.
- We build the IT Data Warehouse which is the key store in our information landscape
- Main data set is about IT inventory, IT consumption and ITSM/ESM figures, which is essential for analyses, reporting and steering the IT functions in Swiss Re
- We stand for continued data quality improvement and automation of processes
- Our engagement and continued improvement are the foundation for Swiss Re planning and monitoring IT costs

We are group of 11 highly motivated experts working in an agile setup. There is a lot fun involved on our sprint cycles and typical agile ceremonies. We practice close teamwork, cooperation and collaboration end to end with the delivery systems and consumers. Our clients are internal Swiss Re business and technical experts on various levels.

- English – Good verbal and written business level (B2 minimum)
- Proactive attitude, team player, willing to learn with client-oriented approach
- Strong attention toward details while having the big picture in mind
