Job description, responsibilities and duties
Work content of the position:
• Develop sales, services and business development to our regional sales areas, and to support our Regional Managers
• Responsible for driving activities related to the implementation of new customer projects such as product and prototype selections, calculations, quotations, follow-ups, prototypes, preparation for serial production and logistic setups and support.
Work tasks:
• Provide technical expertise to the HUB organization and customers in coordination with Application Engineers
• Obtain relevant business intelligence for Regional Managers
• In consultation with Manager and/or the Regional Manager, support defined accounts with technical and commercial tasks
• Drive technical sales activities related to implementation of new customer projects
• Drive and support HUB customer projects (such as implementation of new products and technologies) as well as improvement projects with regards to quality, cost, etc.
• Support the Hub organization in technical and commercial tasks related to HUB customers
• Act as sales representative in internal development projects
• Handle field failure claim reports with internal partners; gather material for decision and write customer report upon Manager's or Regional Sales Manager's decision - manage quality control
• Identify, develop and improve Key Performance Indicators
• Deploy and adhere SWEP policies and strategies
• Help to support and train the organization in technical and commercial tasks related to HUB customers, on demand, perform technical trainings to customers
