Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Production Supervisor will work in close cooperation with the management team and rest of the organization in Esbjerg, Krakow, and Kosice to ensure effective production in line with all safety, quality, and delivery standards.
This position leads all shop floor production work to ensure employees work safely, productively and deliver a quality product. The Production Supervisor will coordinate with fabrication supervisors, project managers, designers, purchasing staff and senior management to plan staffing requirements and lead all projection efforts in fabrication of self-supporting free standing steel chimneys up to 140 meters. Direct reports are approximately 80 employees.
This position has the direct support of a Production Management Assistant, a Process Engineer, and a Planning Engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for the production in Kosice.
• Resource planning and management for all orders.
• Ensuring quality in the production in close corporation with QA.
• Deliver all projects on time, on scope and on budget.
• Secure effective and agile processes in the production.
Main tasks:
• People management.
• Overall responsible for the follow-up and control of the production.
• Resource and production planning.
• Monitor progress and action as well as cost to stay within budget, including financial project forecast.
• Manage internal stakeholders within the company.
