Junior Localization and Customer Care Agent for Slovakia (f/m/d)
As our new Localization and Customer Care Manager for Slovakia, you will be the first contact person to answer every question regarding our website www.partnernaurovni.sk. Please note that this position is in Berlin, Germany!
Working on individual user requests
Consulting our customers via email
Carrying out different actions and projects concerning the quality assurance
Developing the Slovak Customer Care department further
Ad hoc Translation and testing of advertisements and product features
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally, you have already worked in a Customer Care department, either in a call center environment or in the sales area, or you have specific education in a commercial area
Your strength is communication, you have a high willingness to help and you enjoy being friendly and consultative to customers
You speak Slovakian at a native level and have good Czech and very good English language skills, other language skills are an advantage
You are ready to work occasionally on weekends and bank holidays
