Understanding clients business processes in their current state
Conceptualizing future state of the same processes in an automated solution
Collaborating with other teams within organization
Testing the bots and monitoring the changes after implementing new features while keeping the project specifications intact

Personality requirements and skills

Work experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is an advantage
Skills in developing web-based solutions or client-based software solutions
Familiarity with MS stack (C#, SQL, VB .NET)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
English on at least upper intermediate level (B2)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
