Project Manager (Planning and Forecasting)

• Planning and forecasting is improved by having transparency over plan data, actual spend and forward commitments and,
• Regulatory reporting on minimum contractual commitments and leases is established on a sustainable platform and repeatable process

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setup the project structure and project team
• Gather and prioritise requirements
• Define minimum viable product as well as subsequent product versions
• Identify and manage stakeholders
• Liaise with Sourcing Technology Manager to foster decision taking regarding target infrastructure
• Orchestrate various project acitivities across workstreams,projects and functions
• Manage project dependencies
• Report on project progress and manage project steering board meetings
• Manage the project day to day

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sound track reckord in project management
• Experience working with IT departments and IT delivery teams
• Experience working across different functions in an international corporate environment
• Good understanding of planning and forecasting
• Ideally experience regarding reporting and analytics
