If Linux is the only operation system for you, you use commands as ls, chmod or kill-9 on daily basis then come and join our Unix 1st level support team. We will show you new horizons of the unix world.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

manage and resolve technical OS problems (1st line)
minimize unplanned downtimes in customers environments
solve customers requests and standardizing information/technology solutions, associated processes and automating tasks on the UX Server platforms
cooperate with other support teams around the world

REQUIREMENTS:

Basic experience in working with Unix/Linux Systems
Fluent English is a must
Good team worker
Ability to communicate effectively with external customers
Willingness to learn and develop skills
