Director of F&B, Smrdáky Spa

We're looking for a hands-on, F&B expert with passion and energy that can lead and develop a great team, outlets and service. Having an eye for detail and creativity to look at things differently will be the key to developing the F&B experience and taking this property to the next level. Directly reporting to the Hotel Manager and working closely with the Head Chef and F&B team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the F&B function, providing efficient synergy between all departments of the property, including day to day operation in line with the company policy and brand standards, providing service for and hosting up to 400 guests.

The Heath Spa comprises of 3 hotels, offering 170 guest rooms and suites, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 coffee shops with terrace, banquet & event facilities up to 50 persons.

Your tasks:
As an EAM i/c of F&B or Director of F&B, you are fully responsible for supporting the Hotel Manager in the F&B department, including Kitchen and Stewarding area, ensuring provision of excellent F&B service in all outlets and developing highly motivated F&B team (40+ team members), ensuring they develop products and services that meet and exceed guest expectation, continually driving the hotel revenue and provide return on investment to the owners.

  • You have previous experience with budgeting/forecasting
  • You have previous experience leading the F&B, kitchen and stewarding teams
  • You ideally have a degree in hospitality management or related field with fundamental hotel operation background /experience as an EAM i/c of F&B or Director of F&B in international 3* property.
  • required knowledge of languages: Slovak or Czech and English
