We are looking for a skilled and motivated employee, who will participate on the process of construction of nuclear power plant in Mochovce. The main task is management of assigned contracts for MO34.

*Commencing salary depends on your individual skills and experiences and is subject to peer agreement. Minimum commencing salary is 1400€ gross base salary + annual performance bonus based on fulfilment of key performance indicators up to 20% of the annual salary.

Job description

  • Support to the project team in relation to the general contractual matters and claims
  • Communication with the Contractors – written and spoken during the contractual meetings
  • Contract Database management MO34 and its claims, penalties and variations
  • Support to project team during the preparation of new contracts/amendments
  • Reporting to the project team on contractual matters
  • Support to the project team members - responsible for contract fulfillment
  • Regular solving of contractual problems
  • Elaboration and updating of internal guidelines

Requirements

  • University education (Master's degree)
  • 2 years in role with legal experience- working knowledge of the commercial law and business law
  • well-developed written and verbal communication in English, listening and presentation skills, upper-Intermediate (B2)
  • PC Skills: MS Office – advanced
  • ability to act independently, but able to work in the team too
  • ability to respond consistently with a high degree of initiative to resolve issues or complex problems
  • efficient organization and time-management skills
  • ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • ability to work well under pressure
