Job description

digitalization and automatization of planning process
preparation of the plan, budget and ad hoc forecasts and methodological guidance of the planning process in IS SAP
analysing actual results compared to the plan and communication of deviations with specialized departments in preparation of monthly statements
monthly evaluation and analysis of the development of individual financial and technical indicators and their digitalization and automatization
seek to reduce costs and increase efficiency and quality via big data
set up of data warehouse with financial and technical measurement units
improve technicalities of reports and stream processes
examine irregularities, searching for solutions and implementing corrective actions
responsibility for the accuracy and regular updating of management accounting policies
monitoring changes in regulatory decisions and analysing their impacts on IS
preparing documentation for statutory and internal audit
setting up and processing reports and financial analyses in information systems for management, shareholders, state institutions in the field of regulation of network industries and financial institutions (regular reporting, ad hoc reporting)
