We are a brand new team of procurement experts. Our goal is to identify, quality, and develop suppliers in East Europe and Asia for Siemens Dynamowerk in Berlin. Dynamowerk is a unique developer and manufacturer of electrical motors up to 100 MW/680 tons. Beside our office in Berlin we have also an office in Brno Czech Republic, where you will also have your key sit but you will have also mostly come to Berlin for different topics. We take pride in our international activity and in building up of the new supplier network. The main commodities of our focus are bearings, cooling systems, screws, fasteners, and epoxy resins.

• active support of our purchasing strategy to achieve maximum productivity and cost reduction for the factory Berlin
• support of commodity management
• cooperation in cross functional teams with R&D and Logistics to analyze and implement cost reduction
• execution of worldwide market analyses
• negotiation of purchasing agreements
• supplier selection, evaluation, qualification, and development with regard to delivery reliability, quality, price, and technology

• a truly international experience with up to 50 % of time spent travelling
• a job where you can build a brand new supply chain from the scratch
• lots of future possibilities home or abroad

• knowledge and know-how in the supply chain process, supplier management, contract management and negotiation methods
• communicative German and English is a must, other languages are a plus
• user knowledge of PC
• driver license - active driver
• willingness to travel
