Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Project Manager/Scrum Master with passion for coaching, who will lead our IT teams and projects within agile metodology. Our new colleague will be responsible for:

• defining project needs and managing project delivery
• ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• act as Scrum Master, what means making the team understand scrum values, practices, and applications, also use properly Scrum framework
• coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• ensure resource availability and allocation
• measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• reporting and project documentation

Goals as Scrum Master:

• expand the knowledge adopting of agile practical way of doing for ongoing projects 
• emonstrate visible attainment of core Scrum knowledge and Scrum Master role responsibilities and share it across team
• support existing scrum master/s with the scope of this service  and ways the Scrum Master can successfully leverage the foundations of Agile such as Manifesto values and Agile Principles

Requirements:
·       Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector 
·       Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
·       Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills


Nice to have:
·       PMP / PRINCE II certification
·       IPMA C
