What we are looking for
We are looking for learning administration professional focusing on but not limited to:
- Portfolio management
- Transactional management
- Report management

Task and Responsibilities
- Consults and supports stakeholders and customers on learning-related topics within our company
- Responsible for portfolio and transactional management (e.g. role management, catalog management)
- Assists in analyzing training needs/project requirements for complex or large-scale offerings
- Resolves learner help requests using the defined support tool
- Provides day-to-day advanced administrative technical or functional expertise and support
- Collaborate with other learning-related roles and functions if/and when required e.g. instructional designers, event managers
- In alignment with service owner, reports/escalates actual and potential issues in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge and qualifications on established learning & talent management tools & platforms

Expected skills and experience
- Strong analytical, technical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g. SABA Cloud) and service management systems for case management (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Familiar with working in a regulated environment following defined processes, procedures to ensure quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required, German is welcome
- Ability to prioritize conflicting demands with challenging workloads
- Experience with multi-cultural, virtual customer-facing environment
