Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Planning and controlling of the demand/capacity with business stakeholders and peers within organization, facilitating internal demand and prioritization meetings
• Set-Up of projects in corporate tools (structures, organizations, phases, resources,) according to Prince 2 -related methodologies
• Definition and implementation of tools and procedures & changes adaptation in processes & tools (Clarity, QDA, Jira, …)
• Analysis of processes and identification of optimization opportunities regarding efficiency and quality (focus on Project management processes)
• Preparation of management presentations, reports and documentations
• Document management
• Capacity indication for the whole CIO, supporting of Cost plan creation and managing during year
• Leadership and motivation within team, development of people (e.g internal trainings, new comers guide, best practice knowledge sharing, tools trainings….)
• Indication of Capitalization items and approving with financial department, execution & tracking of Capex plan and maintaining Opex
• Implementation of project audit reports
