Job Description
Project manager– being responsible mainly for defined project implementation in line with Project steering committee guidance, mainly:
Accepting short term project contract (max. 12 months)
Reporting to: Mill Director
- To implement/adopt: maintenance planning, CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System), work order process, preventive & predictive maintenance principles/KPIs, maintenance performance management, maintenance engineering standards, spare parts management
- Ensure that project is proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics and deployment activities
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions if needed

Personality requirements and skills
- 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
- 5+ years of experience working in maintenance in production company
- Proficiency experience with presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
- Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
- Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
