Job Description

We are looking for senior skilled professional to provide finance controlling management (5 countries - Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herczegovina, Slovenia, Croatia). Main duties:
  • Develop plant budgets and associated forecasts, as well as plant reporting in accordance with Group procedures and deadlines
  • Regular reporting of full P&L business performance and ad-hoc analyses (CNWC, Marketing Costs, ABC Analyses, ...)
  • Collect and manage data consolidation and reporting, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency
  • Preparation of presentations for Top management
  • Contribute to the analysis of the variances and propose appropriate corrective actions
  • Ensure reliability of standard costing
  • Review financial impact of current and future operations
  • Collaborate with Accounting department to obtain/provide proper finance information
  • Optimization of individual working methods and maintain records and systems.
  • establish and maintain relationships with internal customers/business partners
  • support team leader in optimization of processes and products;
  • Forecasting and monthly reporting processes
  • Position requires travelling to production plants

Key Requirements/ Qualifications

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence

B

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting
  • Proved working experience as Controller in international company
  • Previous experience in production company is an advantage but not a must
  • Experience in implementing new processes, projects, ability to persuade others
  • Business & Financial thinking
  • Analytical thinking, responsible, good in timing, precise and independent
  • Fluent level of English
