Job description, responsibilities and duties
Develop content for new features
Write complex concepts, clearly and concisely, using topic-based writing principles
Maintain an existing suite of guides (user guides, installation guides, configuration guides, release notes, APIs)
Continuously improve the quality of the existing documentation
Work with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment
Be responsible for planning the documentation requirements for a line of business
Integrate with the documentation group, while working independently with various R&D stakeholders
Work on several projects simultaneously and meet all deadlines
