Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- The handling technician is in charge of the adaptation and modification of current conveyors in the plant for new cars project from the book of specifications to the start of production (with performance).
- He will manage suppliers during all phases and deliverables associated.
The development will be in 5 phases :
- Studies
- Follow-up & supply
- Mounting and commissioning
- Global tests & ramp-up
- Lessons learned
He will send a weekly report to the handling manager. This report will include:
- Alerts in case of delay, cost, or quality issues with a corrective solutions plan.
- The progress of deliverables.
- The progress of the treatment of reserves (issues).
- Controls of the application of standards by suppliers.
