Global Demand Planner Coordinator

Secop s.r.o. Slovakia Zlaté Moravce is manufacturer of hermetic compressors looking for Global Demand Planner Coordinator.
Position is in the middle of the company business scenario under the responsibility of the Supply Chain Management.
Strategic role for the business to ensure delivery pattern to customers at a high service level.
Flow driver with required multiple skills with relationship and data analysis skills.

Experience in connecting supply chain with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Finance.
Ability to handle figures.
Fostering communication with involved departments.

Driving the demand and inventory levels within 4-6 Months horizon of the global Secop chain.
Assuring defined quota allocation per customer groups.
Maximizing cash flows, sales and service level.

Responsibilities and Tasks::
• Maintain a constant relationship with the sales, marketing, finance, procurement and manufacturing teams to understand the demand forecasting drivers.
• Challenge the forecasts from the sales teams and the usual runs (historical data, seasonality, market trends, special offers, budgets) with relevant data analysis.
• Supports improvement of the forecast accuracy (statistical models, software) with coordination actions and updates of the Supply Chain Planning tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Target).
• Coordinate the customer projects (phase-in and phase-out) with Supply Planning.
• Manage finished goods inventory levels.
• Communicate the product inventory strategies (high runners, new products, substitutions, end life) to the Supply Planning team.
• Tune the forecasts and inventory rules according to the demand and market trends.
Analysis:
• Analyze quantity and financial / business forecasts. Drive convergences and divergences versus the Business Plan.
• Report of forecasts and inventory KPIs. Follow inventory level and improvement plans.
• Drive the S&OP meetings.
