Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Documentation Manager takes care of the Documentation which includes all documentation due to the customer and can include some project key internal documents (risk analysis, PMP) to be defined with PM at the beginning of the project
Documentation management
• Organize documentation on the project jointly with PM and TL
• Set up the exchange flow with the Customer
• Write the project documentation procedure
• Provide KPI to allow for documentation progress tracking
• Coordinate translation and/or certification
Documentation Control
• Keep up to date the project document register
• Track all document exchanges with customer
• Receive Customer comments on documentation and dispatch to the project team
• Secure access to all versions of documents to the project team.
• Get documentation delivery date from the PM and TL to follow up with the team
• Provide visibility to team on work done and to be done
• Check documents conformance to specification (format and file naming)
• Perform regular control of DMS quality
• when supplier use Schneider DMS: Set up exchange flow with the suppliers and provide support
• Be the main team support on project documentation: provide support to team, provide guidance on the use of template, tool, best practice.
• Deliver Final Documentation to Customer
• Secure DM back up and ensure DM back up procedure is up to date

Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• 1 to 3 years experience in the field "document management" and / or experience in with project management deliverables
• Language spoken: English is a must, French and other languages an advantage
• knowledge of MS office and Existing DMS or GED systems
• communication skills
• well organized personality able to work without permanent supervision
• Rigorous, analytical mind, sense of priorities and methods
