Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsible for delivery of IT onsite services delivered to customers within CEE region.
- Collaborate with other IT service providers to resolve ongoing and/or repeat performance issues and to identify opportunities for improvement, completing root causes, and consistently shifting opportunities towards the central service desk.
- Ensure internal SLAs are being met and maintained. Measure and maintain overall customer service satisfaction. Monitors key performance indicators (KPI’s
- Identify a Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) to improve overall customer satisfaction with IT Service Delivery.
- Collaborate with Regional IT Service Delivery Manager’s to share best practices and information, ensure globally consistent processes are implemented and, where appropriate, deviations to meet regional requirements are properly understood and documented.
- Act as an escalation point for onsite service delivery issues affecting users
- Partner with Process Owners on process improvement opportunities.
- Partner with IT Communications to ensure effective delivery of customer facing IT related communications.
- Participates on critical incident management meetings and escalation processes for maintaining a high-quality customer-oriented Global IT Service Delivery programs.
- Adopts an information technology and infrastructure library (ITIL) program and/or similar process frameworks to design and deploy best practice IT Service Delivery processes.
- Oversees the device architecture standards and employee productivity requirements
- Asset management and procurement coordinator, formulates country requirements and change requirements in assets area
- Ensures adequate stocks of IT spare parts are available across countries
- Writes on demand directives advising department managers of company information policy, mainly in infrastructure part
- help on projects related to finance in CEE region
- harmonize operative procedures as much as possible and keep documentation about it for country/region
- close work with Line Manager to help in implementation of changes related projects in operative parts
- Actively participate on IT projects

Key Results Area

- knowledge of IT assets, configuration process of PCs, installations of HW, SW, Lotus Notes, MS, SAP, bFO, other apps, licences, IT market
- experiences with coordination, leading small projects
- knowledge in ITSM tools, communication with end users and managers
- keep documentation about country IT, audits
- advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Work experience

- IT Support operative with minimum of 3 year experience
- Experience in operative type of work
- Communication with people, good manners
- Coordination of resources, leading small projects
- Strategically and analytical thinking, pragmatic approach

Technical expertise

- Good knowledge of AD, Network LAN/WAN, VPN, ITSM tools, W7/W10 configuration
- Good general knowledge of IT assets, SW, HW
- General knowledge in finance management
- Good knowledge of complain management process
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with Remedy or Service Now are an advantage

- Advanced English is required
