Job description, responsibilities and duties

Building sales manager will be responsible for Building business division (Ecobuilding, Partner Project , Retail) in Slovakia and will report direct to GM and dotted line to me. This person should also play the role of direct manager of prescription and quotation and technical support team.
Main tasks:

• Successfully deploy Building business strategy
• Build and develop a local strategy for sales channels
• Prepare and implement a successfully sales plan
• Sales team management
• Coordination of the strategy for developing cooperation with the distribution network , panel builder, contractors and prescription channels
• Close cooperation with the others business divisions

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the related engineering industry, with independent management of the sales team
• A comprehensive understanding of the market specificity and customer needs in the Building business
• Higher education in the area of Marketing, Management and / or Engineering
• Knowledge of English on a communicative level
• Business approach and the ability to think strategically
• Highly developed competences in the field of negotiations, presentations and interpersonal communication
• Ability to take up discussions and influence people at higher levels of the organization
