Direct Shipment Management (for TVs from factories to abroad customer)
Close cooperation with SAMSUNG factories in Europe (Slovakia & Hungary)
Close cooperation with SCM Sales Sub in terms of planning of Direct shipments.
Controlling of LDC (abroad HUB) WH deliveries, and intervention in case of necessity.
PO and SO creation for the direct shipments with the requested necessary settings and appropriate tax code adjustment for the given country.
Following up the in time loading and dispatching of the trucks form factories, in order to secure the on time delivery.
In case of any issue sharing the information with abroad SCM.
Close cooperation with the forwarders after the truck is in transit: rebooking's, issue sharing toward the SCM.
Reporting of quality issues toward the SCM.
Informing of management about any unresolved case and actively participate in its resolution.
Backup for other subsidiaries in case of necessity.
Delivery monitoring, daily and weekly reporting of deliveries
