Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor ECE, for American company that creates and maintains safer work environments all over the world.
Your future responsibilities:
- training and developing the team in line with Strategic Plan of company
- optimizing cooperation between customer service and other departments
- communicating month end results and individual results to the team and to the necessary channels
- keeping motivation within the team with good communication and coaching on performance issues if necessary
- reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- you will be part of the Customer Operations Management team working together on issues and future strategic plans
- you will attend exhibitions, meetings and training sessions (10 - 15% travel)

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
- good people management skills are required
- 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role (customer service/contact center environment)
- experienced in the use of a ERP system (this is a must), preferably SAP
- you have strong diplomacy skills
- you have good knowledge of both the English and Slovakian language (level C1)
- knowledge of other languages (Hungarian, Russian, Romanian, ...) is an advantage
- 2 - 4 years experience in a similar role (customer service/contact center environment)
