International Payments Processing – Back Office Employee
Your role
Being part of our division Transaction Services & Monitoring, you’ll get in touch with Payment Transactions Business related tasks. – Have a look at our Homepage (www.rsc.at) to find out more about our Payment Services! Your main tasks in our team International Processing – Corporate&Retail Customers are going to be as follows:
• Booking and handling of international outbound payment requests
• Processing of overdrawn and blocked payment orders (electronic and manual)
• Liaising with internal and external departments via email and telephone in English language

Your profile
Your qualification
• A-Level or higher education
• English (advanced or intermediate level), German is welcome
• PC skills: Microsoft Office – advanced
• Flexibility and willingness to work on several different topics
• Self-motivated, initiative, reliable and accurate
