Team Leader for Nostro Account Reconciliation
Your role
• Operational and disciplinary leadership (together with Head of Department)
• Responsibility for quality and performance within the team as well as performance reporting
• Operational Resource planning (holidays etc.)
• Development and training of employees
• Creation, implementation and adaption of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Realisation of Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) as well as implementation of measures
• Participation in daily business, such as:
o Reconciliation of Security Nostro Accounts
o Investigation of open positions on Security Nostro Accounts
o Depository Reconcilation
