Your role

• Operational and disciplinary leadership (together with Head of Department)
• Responsibility for quality and performance within the team as well as performance reporting
• Operational Resource planning (holidays etc.)
• Development and training of employees
• Creation, implementation and adaption of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Realisation of Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) as well as implementation of measures
• Participation in daily business, such as:
• Execution and data entry of mutual funds, investigation and price checks for mutual funds evaluation

Your profile

• Leadership skills as well as knowledge in Quality Management
• Relevant job experiences in banking back-office are advantageous
• Excellent English knowledge
• Resilient Personality
• High level of soft skills
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility regarding place of work
• Presence on Slovakian holidays necessary, but on Austrian holidays mandatory holiday has to be taken
