Roche Diagnostics Slovakia are now looking to welcome to their team Medical Manager. Directly reporting to the Head of Healthcare Transformation&Market Access, this role is located in Bratislava. The objective of this role is to lead Roche Diagnostics Slovakia Medical & Scientific Affairs activities.

Core Responsibilities:
• Developing and executing medical objectives, strategies and tactics
• Non-Promotional, Scientific Speaker Programs Organized by RD – Lead Roche Diagnostics Medical Academy - developing and executing non-promotional, scientific speaker programs organized by RD
• Clinical Studies/Trials - developing and executing a comprehensive Study strategy, Scientific Exchange with health care professionals (“HCPs”), specifically responding to requests for information about Off-Label uses of RD products
• Developing and executing Scientific Advisory Boards
• Authoring publications, abstracts, posters and other scientific publications
• Designing and delivering disease and product training for customers and marketing, sales and other departments as required
• Reviewing and approving the medical content at Scientific Congresses and Symposia
• Customer Interface - building new and maintaining existing relationships with national level key opinion leaders in assigned disease areas of responsibility, clinical conferences
• Alignment with local Regulatory and Quality team, maintaining all activities within good promotional practices
• Liaison with all relevant functions at Roche Diagnostics
• Contributing to the achievement of the company objectives
• Be active member of agile teams and participate in the transformation activities

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 1 year working experience in IVD-industry, clinical research or as a medical doctor
• Medical degree and background - is a must
• Knowledge of the overall use of the in vitro diagnostics
• Experience in development and implementation of clinical trials
• Experience of writing clinical publications and delivery of scientific presentations
• Relationships with external KOLs
• Excellent communication skills oral & written
• Presentation and influencing skills inside and outside of the company
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong Service & Customer-focus
• Great planning, administration and decision making skills in order to meet goals
• Be a good team-player
• PC literate
• Good at analysing and concluding data
• Slovak – native level
• English – fluent oral & written
