Roche Diagnostics Slovakia are now looking to welcome to their team a Strategic & Process Consultant who will be running end-to-end consulting projects to integrate different products and services to bring value proposition to customers with increased success rates on tenders, new customers acquisition and increased share of wallet in current customers.
Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for creating and executing consultancy strategy for Roche Diagnostics, making it a key differentiator in the market and contributing to shaping the healthcare system
• Executes process and strategic consulting projects pre-agreed with customers and internally
• Co-designs and leads implementation of Value Based Healthcare Initiatives in collaboration with rest of the organization and external partners
• Responsible for implementation of strategic and tactical toolkits/actions in order to increase consultancy awareness and adoption and in this way achieve business objectives
• Translates customers’ needs into concrete strategic and process consulting projects, in cooperation with Key Account Managers, to maximize value to customers, patients and Roche and integrates different products and solutions of Roche and external partners. Articulates collaborative recommendations showing investments and ROI
• Creates a shared vision with the customer team to reach their goals (e.g. cooperation / healthcare intelligence scenarios)
• Integrates the different products and solutions of Roche and external partners into end to end solutions in the Strategic and Process consulting projects, as much as possible depending on scope and in coordination with commercial teams
• Cooperates with consultancy peers across the region to align with the regional EMEA LATAM consultancy strategy, leverages and effectively contributes to the regional & global RHC network
• Drives Healthcare transformation and Digitalization agenda
• Builds team capabilities related to consulting across areas and lives Roche values and leadership commitments
• Fosters strong team spirit across all organization
• Respects the compliance with all relevant Roche guidelines and policies
