Medical Manager

As a Medical Manager you will be responsible and accountable for the local medical strategy, for working with customers, scientists and health care professionals to address on and off-label requests. Acts as study manager for Roche sponsored studies and investigator initiated studies and liaises with the central functions in these aspects.

You will:
- Implement the local Medical Plan
- Prepare the local Medical budget
- Prepare the KOL engagement plan, strategy and tactics
- Provide Medical Information Management
- Provide clinical and technical support for customers and internal teams (marketing and sales).
- Monitor on-line and print media for relevant articles and press releases.
- Organize and manage local advisory boards, develop and maintain thought leader relationships.
- Provide consultation, input and recommendations to clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
- Develop and deliver scientific and disease education for sales, marketing and clinical selling teams.
- Represent Roche Pharmaceuticals Slovensko at national and regional scientific and/or clinical conferences.
- Manage assigned projects with full budget responsibility.
- Coordinate all activities related to management and implementation of initiatives specific to assigned area of accountability.
- Serve as the expert on all issues pertaining to medical affairs.
- Insure compliance with the corporate policies, processes
- Responsible for maintenance and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions and for compliance
